Pricing questions
Who counts as a person?
Anyone on your account who is not archived — including people who have been invited but not yet signed in. Archive a leaver and they stop counting immediately.
What happens when we go over 10?
During your 30-day trial, nothing — add as many people as you like. After the trial, adding an 11th person needs a subscription (£5/month + £1 per person over 10). Your bill adjusts automatically as people join and leave.
What happens if we stop paying?
Your account becomes read-only — nothing is deleted, and you can still see everything. Drop back to 10 or fewer people, or restart the subscription, and it all comes back to life.
Is there a contract?
No. It's monthly, cancel any time from the billing page. There's no setup fee and no per-feature tiering — everyone gets everything.
Do you charge VAT?
Prices are in GBP. VAT is added at checkout where applicable — the checkout page always shows the final amount before you confirm.
