Yes. Teams of 10 or fewer people use every feature free, forever. No card needed. Above 10 it is £5/month plus £1/month per person over 10 — so 12 people costs £7/month.
Can staff book holiday in hours rather than days?
Yes. Rotaleave tracks allowances in hours and minutes, so shift and part-time staff can book exactly the time they need — a morning, an afternoon, or 3 hours for an appointment.
Can we move over from Timetastic?
Yes. Import your people, departments, leave types, allowances and booking history from a Timetastic export in minutes. You can also add your people from a spreadsheet with the staff CSV import, which brings people and allowances but not past bookings.
Can we move over from Ento?
Yes. Ento has announced it is closing down, and Rotaleave reads its CSV exports directly — people, departments, teams and leave history come across in minutes. Export from Ento while you still can, then import in one sitting.
Does it handle UK bank holidays?
Yes. Bank holiday sets are built in and applied per person, so allowances and the wall chart stay right for England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Teams of 10 or fewer simply continue on the free plan. Bigger teams add a card to keep full access — otherwise the account becomes read-only until you do. Nothing is deleted.
