Yes. Enter the number of absence spells and total days per person on the Bradford tab and the score (S² × D) is worked out for you.
What should I not include in the score?
Disability-related and pregnancy/maternity-related absence should usually be excluded or handled separately, and a high score should prompt a conversation, not automatic discipline.
