Create your organisation, invite your team and set the basics.
- Create your account and organisation Sign up for Rotaleave, confirm your email and land in your new organisation — free for teams of 10 or fewer, with a 30-day trial above that.
- Set up your organisation The Rotaleave setup wizard in eight steps: leave year, allowances, leave types, bank holidays, working hours, people and approvals.
- Invite your team Invite people to Rotaleave one at a time or in bulk with the staff CSV — roles, departments, start dates and allowances explained.
- Departments and teams Organise people into departments and teams in Rotaleave — cover limits, managers, default working hours and per-group approval policies.
- Working-hours templates Define working patterns once — 4-day weeks, part-time, half days — and assign them per person or per department. Allowances pro-rate automatically.
